Our Terms of Service

By inviting Rihla Fragrance into your home, you agree to the following terms. These are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

1. Authenticity & Intellectual Property Every element of this site rom our bespoke imagery to our descriptive prose is the intellectual property of Rihla Fragrance. Unauthorised use of our branding or content is strictly prohibited.

2. Pricing & Orders We strive for precision, but occasionally an error may occur in our pricing or stock levels. In the event of a significant pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery We ship Australia-wide using premium couriers. While we ensure every bottle is packed with care, Rihla Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing for international orders.

4. Product Use Our fragrances are for personal use only. They are not to be resold or redistributed under another name without express written consent.

5. Variations As we work with high-quality ingredients, slight variations in scent or colour may occur between batches. This is the hallmark of artisanal perfumery and not a defect.
