Go to the shopSelecting a fragrance is a personal journey, and we want you to be delighted with your Rihla experience. Our policy is designed to be fair and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of fragrance, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" once a product has been opened.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the bottle is unopened, unused, and remains in its original, unbroken cellophane gift wrapping.
Return shipping for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Goods If your fragrance arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will make it right.
The Australian Consumer Law Guarantee: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Start a Return Please contact us at returns@rihlafragrances.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we have authorised the return, we will provide you with the necessary steps to send the item back to our Adelaide studio.
